What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is taking feedback, worries and complains from employees of all levels very seriously. Finding a solution is not simply a statement from business executives. Instead, the leadership team tries to respond to feedback and frequently improves a problematic situation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team spirit, understanding the co-workers needs, helping out in case of trouble, adaptability to new situations. Company invests into additional, structure culture improvements (organizing team events, happy hours). This would not work if the true culture is bad from the beginning.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process includes many different interviewers from the company. This way, it is demanding for the interviewed candidate. Both sides learn more about each other. At the end, Abata recruits very good talents that are professionally good and a nice fit for the positive culture.
