He has been Chairman of The Board and Non-Executive Director of ABB India Limited since October 28, 2014. Mr. Duggan served as Additional Director at ABB India Limited from February 26, 2010 to May 7, 2013. He received a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Dublin Institute of Technology in 1981.
