ABC Supply Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Benefits. Insurance is good. Bonus

Review from Operations Dept

So far its much better than I did have. The boot program is 100% covered compared to my last employer which only covered 75% roughly.

It's good to know you covered with less out your pocket.

Benefits and 401k retirement plan

401K, health insurance, and paid vacation

Review from Operations Dept

I don't know anything about

The health insurance and life insuance

They offer FREE life insurance policies fully paid for by ABC Supply which I have never heard of in any other company. Medical, Dental and vision insurance is very fairly priced. They match 401k contributions up to 5% every year and of course Paid time off, sick days and etc.

Competitive pay and excellent discretionary bonus program.

Highly satisfied with benefits overall

that I do the most work and get paid the least

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Honest pay... trained a facility of sales people, giving ip My time to sell to help others.

PAY US BETTER!!!!! HAZARD PAY!!!!! You make billions, I make hundreds. I feel undervalued because we are the ones out and snow covered roofs two stories tall getting the work done making sure the customers are satisfied all the while being compensated with pennies

I believe that the work result should speak for itself about the employee and the manager should assess the correct salary based on that work result before the employee asks for a salary increase.

Yes. Absolutely. Being given what you're told when you do what's asked of you.

Being paid fairly for the work you do in the company

Work compensation versus workload is not equal. Employees should be compensated equal to the actual workload, working 160 hours should bring more to the table for employees than what has been given.

Sufficient pay raise and company paid retirement

My branch manager did not tell us there was only a small window to sign up for insurance. I signed up incorrectly and nobody notified me. I called in and they informed me I could no longer sign up for insurance.

I have a cdl class a and dont get paid for my duty i can go anywhere else and make double what i make.
