I literally hurt my back for this company. About 6 million dollar months and I prepared the orders for almost all of them. My back started hurting while working and I reported it multiple times. I waited until the slow season to have it looked at and now they're protesting my claim.

That it was quick, easy and I was able to work immediately.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works really hard. To the point of injury. We are a small team but we get a lot done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Almost all the employees are fist bumping and talking good about each other. We enjoy showing each other easier ways to get the job done well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My branch manager did not tell us there was only a small window to sign up for insurance. I signed up incorrectly and nobody notified me. I called in and they informed me I could no longer sign up for insurance.
