Everybody being treated fairly. Office workers and drivers are coddled and treated special. Everyone Else is an afterthought

Treating everybody equally and including everyone whether you have personal issues with them or not (personal issues was basically told not working hard enough one day). I've been with this company on and off since 2016. Everyday since 06/2020 and here I am job hunting again
