What are some of the best things about your team?they care, but are stifled by amount of work with no support
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The company culture is to be appreciative you have a job here. There is no environment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?The pay and health benefits.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?They continue to have mass layoffs they are sweeping under the rug. Benefits are being taken away and costs for benefits increase. They are hiding something.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Coworkers are not helpful. No one has the time to be helpful. You are left to figure things out on your own but if you get it wrong to are held accountable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The company relies too much on 'this is a great place to work' with nothing to show. Employees are unpaid and expected to work mass amounts of overtime. Benefit costs for employees continue to increase while the value of the benefit also decreases.
