What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are caring and supportive.
Approachable, down to earth, interested in employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and execution. Awful management
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Quarterly incentive bonuses. Health benefits are almost fully subsidized. Generous PTO allowance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Underpaid compared to position in the rest of the industry.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Creative, supportive and likeminded individuals who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and work hard.
Young, knowledgeable, hard working, effective.
Efficiency and productivity are synonymous with my team.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Have better leadership and honest managers
Quit passing the buck and do your own job. Make friends outside of work so you don’t come to work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our ability to be flexible and adapt to change. Our values and dedication to be a resource center of support for content makers.
Young crowd, very knowledgeable, very willing to help and teach.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Sell the company or change Burbank management
Terrible HR and upper management
What did you like most about the interview process?
The questions were thoughtful and honest. The interviewer was very candid about the company culture and expectations of my role.
It happened in two stages with time between them a bit too long (3 weeks) Almost accepted another offer.

Morale has plummeted and the quality workers are leaving
