It was bad. I was overworked (once worked 21 days in a row without a day off).
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a group interview in a relaxed environment.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I do not like the management nor the pay for this job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a retail store, so there has to be pep in our steps.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating workers as humans. At least at my branch, most of the associates are overworked, and the management is very inconsiderate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued as I am working very much with minimum wage pay. The ability to have a raise would make me feel better.
