Being underpaid and somewhat overworked at times is a real issue.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All employees are wonderful. There's music and you can have fun working.

It was a group interview and the questions were simple and easy to follow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This company notoriously pays minimum wage regardless of performance or time. I think they should give occasional raises.
