Being able to have respect amongst others, even if they are having a bad day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
In my opinion, none. Saying this the most humblest way possible. Although some do take dedication, for their job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The way the managers on, it could improve by them getting their act together and stopping themselves from acting like they are better than everyone else.
