I was at my last company for 20 years and did not realize how much I let that company stress me out.... It was such a change when being at Abercrombie. There is a true push towards work-life balance. Work Hard but Family is view as equally important.

Sense of accomplishment and co-workers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Discount on company clothes for the 3 brands (Hollister, Abercrombie, and Abercrombie Kids)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The managers and the co-workers. Also casual dress - Jeans and T-shirts - Shorts in the summer.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team meetings are more efficient than in-person. Faster - get in, get it done, and get back to the next item.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Where other companies say they stand behind you, the IT managers at ANF actually do. True and valid praise are giving to you for work done.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was straight forward. Fairly easy to get through. They also give a personality test - It is more of knowledge and troubleshooter and that is hard for some that take it.
