I work in retail, so the shop. Managers at my store are usually underqualified. One of the key holders does not even have a degree, and other managers do have a degree but is not even remotely related to the field. (Example one had a degree in Criminology, nothing to do with retail management)

What are some of the best things about your team?
Nice co workers. However due to the lack of management in my store lots of the new people do not know what to do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The discount and wage. At least they pay fair. But that only applies to people working for them in western countries. People that make their clothes are not paid fairly nor do they get any benefits. FIX THAT, and stop child labour!!!!!!
