No matter how dedicated you are to this company, they still treat you poorly. No matter how hard you work, day and night and into the weekends, it is never enough to them. Your merits, achievements, accolades, values, loyalty mean nothing to them. Management only serves and promotes themselves.
You are not compensated based on your work ethics, hard work, merits, dedication, values, achievements, accolades , etc. Salaries are based on the upper management's selfishness only to promote themselves, thereby, paying mediocre and laughable "increases" and salaries to hard working employees.

CT branch does not follow handbook guidelines. Pay staff correct wages and not the branch steal/not pay overtime

I have worked for ABM for 20 years and I am a lead person and I only make 1150 an hour somebody that has been there less time than me that became a lead started out making more money than I do
To actually get paid correctly for pay shifts. Checks are always short . And you have to argue with them to fix it.
I'm getting paid less than new hires at other locations.
How about for those who always show up on time never leave early never call off don't spend half a shift in the break room or asleep in there car or just leave the facility how bout an incentive for the ones that work like adults
