I met many impressive leaders during my time there who genuinely cared about the business and their teams. My experience also reinforced how critical effective onboarding is. Even experienced professionals need clear training, documentation, and a manager who encourages questions. Strong leadership

They comminicate with you at all times and they will get back with you immediately on any question you mught have and if there is something you don't know they will always teach you how to

What are some of the best things about your team?
Although my experience highlighted opportunities to improve onboarding and knowledge transfer, I was fortunate to work alongside dedicated colleagues and to see leaders who were passionate about the business. It reminded me that great people deserve great processes.

I work at amazon for abm the amazon employees are amazing people they make the job fun and worth while.

Accomplishing the daily tasks gives me a sense of belonging and accomplishment.
I AM HAPPY WITH WORK LIFE BALANCE AND WORKING FROM HOME HELPS KEEP THAT BALANCE IN CHECK
