Nothing good about them. Need more work.

More money, better benefits, no more long hours
I was compensated under market. Market compensation. When i left i earned 80% more.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Laid back teams, informal meetings.
We are able to work together well and able to overcome all our problems

The companies leadership wants to do too many things at a time, they need to focus their time and energy in one thing - growing subscription count.
