What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part for me is the work hour flexibility they offer employees. Acacia is always looking to improve their compensation packages and that is an important factor for growing companies.

I feel it's fair compensation for the work I do
When I first started, I asked for more pay than was initially offered and my request was accommodated.
Vacation and sick days and the Simple IRA plan
We have opportunities to increase our compensating through performance reviews. We have vacation time and sick time so I never have to worry about taking time off. I also love that we are able to work from home sometimes if needed and also make our own schedules if we need some flexibility

They generally pay a median or slightly above range (this is slowly changing and trending in the right direction), the issue is less the wage and more the benefits packages. Retirement is very generous, but healthcare is still significantly more expensive due to low portion paid by employer
