What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part for me is the work hour flexibility they offer employees. Acacia is always looking to improve their compensation packages and that is an important factor for growing companies.
Acacia believes in compensating their team members fairly for the work they do.

Higher compensation and more coverage on health insurance.

They generally pay a median or slightly above range (this is slowly changing and trending in the right direction), the issue is less the wage and more the benefits packages. Retirement is very generous, but healthcare is still significantly more expensive due to low portion paid by employer

Every employee I've had the pleasure of interacting with has been open and helpful. One of the values of the company is "fun" and its' employees encompass that as a whole.

There's an open door policy so I feel I can always be heard
