We're all so passionate about the work that we do -- even though it's difficult work, we all love being here. There's room to grow and move around and we all positively and actively communicate with each other.
The understanding that in order to bring the best for the clients, we have to take care of ourselves too.

The environment is always friendly, uplifting, and positive. Even on my hardest days talking to my coworkers and leadership makes me feel at ease and encouraged to continue to stay positive and work hard for an amazing team/company!
Everyone is different, but everyone gets along really well. There is an emphasis on spending time together outside of work and also on creating time during the work day to interact in ways that are not work related. It creates a much more positive environment and allows for more productivity.
