I love working at Acacia! I have been here over a year and I have been given a lot of opportunities to grow and learn. We are small enough that I feel like that work that I do contributes to the bigger mission but I still feel supported by a leadership team who appreciates that work that I do

My co workers and the fact that my manager is really good about giving me feedback and appreciating the work that I do
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was conversational and warm. The interviewing team really seemed interested in getting to know me as a person and they made me comfortable even when I was nervous
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are fun, supportive, collaborative, warm, and hard working. We have a family atmosphere but are always open to feedback and we know how to get work done when needed
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership is really supportive and invested in our whole team. They have an open door policy and are always accessible if we have any questions or concerns. They have created a team that is warm, inspiring, and fun.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have opportunities to increase our compensating through performance reviews. We have vacation time and sick time so I never have to worry about taking time off. I also love that we are able to work from home sometimes if needed and also make our own schedules if we need some flexibility
