Get a better pay rate
Extremely undervalued, but not just as an employee. Though as an actual human being. The company wants you to be a robot. No feelings, no social life, and don't ever get sick. The company will hold everything over your head.
The manager has to act like a manager. And the district manager has to do his job
Alot of the employees are ZERO idea what they are doing. The lazy employees are the ones recognized. The hard working employees are the scum of the barrel and will always have to pick up the slack of the less competent workers.
Actually being at work and working
Brainstorm ways to bring in more sales opportunity and actively pursue defaulted accounts.
