What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are positive, encouraging, and friendly.
Very easy to talk to, and helpful in learning the factors needed to excel at the position.
My manager is very Thorough in her training.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Focus on creating a culture employess can thrive under.
Be a better leader for the team. Making sure that everyone is doing their job and not being lazy and fixing their hours
Making sure each team member is happy. People who work here don't want to be here because of the way they are treated by DMs, RDs, and overal the company.
Caring about employees because they don't!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Get a better pay rate
Extremely undervalued, but not just as an employee. Though as an actual human being. The company wants you to be a robot. No feelings, no social life, and don't ever get sick. The company will hold everything over your head.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are excited about our job and it keeps me feeling excited to learn more, I look forward to learning more about how to perform my job well.
Teamwork makes the dream work.
The fact that it's just the two of us while I'm training.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The manager has to act like a manager. And the district manager has to do his job
Alot of the employees are ZERO idea what they are doing. The lazy employees are the ones recognized. The hard working employees are the scum of the barrel and will always have to pick up the slack of the less competent workers.

Brainstorm ways to bring in more sales opportunity and actively pursue defaulted accounts.

Nothing is positive about the culture and environment at the company
I like how each store gets excited and keeps touch about any deal made through out district all through the day.
No negativity, and very positive mindsets.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It wad a comfortable interview
I felt comfortable with my interviewer and I could feel the excitement the interviewer had for the company which put me at ease while answering questions.
Down to Earth interview process that was comfortable unlike some that feel more like an interrogation than an interview to learn about the individual.
