Health care is good, no vision. Stock options are so small and take so long to vest to be negligible. Pay is not competitive.
What is the best part about your compensation package at Accompany?
I've looked at the comp data across multiple 3rd party sites & databases VC firms use. Myself and most are in the 85th % if not higher
