- What is the best part about your compensation package?I've looked at the comp data across multiple 3rd party sites & databases VC firms use. Myself and most are in the 85th % if not higher

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Health care is good, no vision. Stock options are so small and take so long to vest to be negligible. Pay is not competitive.
