Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have only worked for a few months, but so far they have been attentive to my questions and needs.
The leadership team supports the employees completely and really cares about our success.
They always get me work that fits my experience well.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop worrying about their paycheck and match employees with jobs they are good at and not jobs that are physical in nature
Actually listening to placed employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have not been offered a stock/equity plan and not sure if there is one. However, the medical insurance plan that I have is pretty good compared to some others that I have had where some of my doctors did not want to accept.
Competitive benefits like health and dental.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm just a number in their system sometimes. They just want to get me hired permanently so they can get their payout.
Being a contract employee from a third party placement firm, the GREAT disparity between what the client is billed and what I'm actually paid is nearly 100%, with NO raise in nearly nine years!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We truly work as a team toward a common goal.
Very fast at getting me work. Use of testing scores is proactive.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communicate and share knowledge in the business world

Management listens to employee needs.

I love the people I work with and the office environment.
Being busy, variety of tasks, learning new things, being appreciated, friendly team, good benefits, boss listens.
