Overall design is quite thoughtful. Drives performance.
Very flexible and on par with I've seen from other good tech companies.

they are always willing to answer questions, and are very diverse

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
very inclusive and has some very efficient ergs
Recognition is very high... we are a recognition company after all
People like working with each other. Everyone is fun and supportive. Very customer focused.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Met most of the team I would be working with.
The panel interviews and focus on whole self.
Had me meet with my team so I could get a feel for the culture, and they could assess me for fit.
