Daniel J. Frate — Senior Executive Vice President and Group President of ACI On Demand P&L at ACI Worldwide

Mr. Daniel J. Frate, also known as Dan, has been Senior Executive Vice President and Group President of ACI On Demand P&L at ACI Worldwide, Inc. since February 2017. Mr. Frate served as the Group President of Customer Management and Maintenance at ACI Worldwide, Inc. He joined ACI in August 2012 and is responsible for delivering customer satisfaction through tight alignments of product roadmaps with market needs. Mr. Frate served as an Executive Vice President of PNC Bank, where he led the Retail Banking products and pricing group. Mr. Frate served as an Executive Vice President of Retail of National City Corporation since November 26, 2003 and served as its Executive Vice President since November 2005, where Mr. Frate led the Retail Banking business. He served as an Executive Vice President of Global Markets and Product Management at ACI Worldwide, Inc. since August 07, 2012. He served as Group President of Strategic Products & Global Markets at ACI Worldwide, Inc. Mr. Frate served as President and Chief Operating Officer of First USA, Inc. He served as an Executive Vice President of National City Corp.'s consumer and Small-Business Financial Services Unit since November 26, 2003 and served as its Senior Vice President. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Bank One Card Services, which he joined in 2001 (when it was called First USA Bank) and was responsible for the day-to-day management of the business since 2001. He served as a Vice President of Bank One Card Services. He began his career with National City in 2003. He has more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry. He served as President of U.S. Bancorp's payment systems business and served as its Senior Consumer Risk Officer. He served as Vice Chairman of National City Corporation since June 2008. Mr. Frate served as Vice Chairman of U.S. Bancorp. He served as Vice Chairman of U.S. Bancorp of Minneapolis. He was instrumental in building U.S. Bancorp's fast-growing payment systems business, which included Corporate and Purchasing Cards as well as Consumer Credit and merchant acquiring businesses. Mr. Frate held various credit, technology and service management positions with Citicorp. Mr. Frate serves as a Director of the Vocational Guidance Services and John Carroll University. He is a Member of The Financial Services Roundtable. Mr. Frate's Personal and professional activities includes Steering Committee of The Clearing House. Mr. Frate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from John Carroll University and a Master's Degree in finance from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University.
