Dennis P. Byrnes — Chief Administrative Officer, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at ACI Worldwide

Mr. Dennis P. Byrnes has been an Executive Vice President of ACI Worldwide, Inc. since March 1, 2011 and has been its Chief Administrative Officer since 2009. Mr. Byrnes joined ACI in 2003 as its General Counsel. Mr. Byrnes has been Secretary of ACI Worldwide, Inc. since June 2003. Mr. Byrnes served as Vice President of Sterling Commerce, Inc. since September 1999 and served as its Assistant General Counsel since June 1997. He served as Senior Vice President of ACI Worldwide, Inc. since June 2003. He served as the President of S1 Corporation. Mr. Byrnes served as First Vice President and Senior Counsel for Bank One Corporation from October 2002 to June 2003. From April 1996 to November 2001, Mr. Byrnes served as General Counsel of Sterling Commerce, Inc. Mr. Byrnes was an Attorney at Bank One's technology group from 2002 to 2003. Mr. Byrnes began his legal career with Baker & Hostetler. Mr. Byrnes served as Corporate Counsel of Sterling Commerce Inc., from April 1996. Prior to April 1996, Mr. Byrnes was an Attorney in the business group at Baker & Hostetler LLP from June 1991 to 1996. He serves as a Director of Applied Communications Inc. U.K. Holding Limited. Mr. Byrnes served as a Director of S1 Corporation since February 2012. Mr. Byrnes holds a JD (cum laude) from The Ohio State University College of Law, a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (magna cum laude) from Case Western Reserve University.
