What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop telling us how great they are and showing us photos of them at fancy kickoffs whilr giving us a picnic we have to cook and cleanup. Thats an insult.
Stop saying how important resources are and start showing it. Show equal amount of appreciation for teams doing less visible work, these teams are generally the ones fixing the problems caused by project teams who gets all the praise following a go-live.
