People are friendly but the structure is very unclear

Held consistently, provide good information. Not held just to hold meetings.

The culture is organic and not forced.

Its moved away from everything that was good about it

Manager came off as friendly and eager to onboard.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Theres no need for multiple rounds of interviews. It took 3 weeks from my interview to hear if i had the job. I felt like i was being ghosted.
Be real. Tell the truth
Meet with more team members, clearly communication and define role, be honest related to culture and environment
What makes you most happy at work?
Having access to an abundant number of resources to ensure success on a sales platform
Being challenged, supported, and rewarded.
