What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is truly committed to the well-being of the business and all its elements, including partners, customers and employees

Each and every leader at Acronis is passionate about what we do, and is committed to the company's mission.
They are all very passionate about our company and they are intellectual and driven leaders.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to customers, partners and employees. Following up on internal surveys that show unhappy employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Quarterly bonuses with obtainable goals on top of a competitive base salary. Best health insurance (US)
they office a lot really good insurance
Multisport card; Trainings; Parking slot
The compensation is good and competitive, especially for the size/level company we are. There are certainly areas for improvement, but I think everyone can say that they would like "more money"
Very competitive and generous compared to other local companies
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Promises made during pre-hire are not kept. The first round of annual reviews conducted in many years resulted in a negative salary increase over 5 years adjusted for inflation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Alert, Detailed oriented, Passionate, Never gives up, Responsive
They are truly like family to me and I love that we have all worked together for almost 5 years. Working relationships and bonds between team members seem to develop quicker here because of the more casual work environment and "bonding" experiences that the work creates
Some are good, some - not. But in most they are good engineers
They are like a second family to me. They inspire me to work harder and are there to support me when I need it most. I even enjoy getting to work with other teams here because there are so many talented and caring people that work at Acronis!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Teams do not trust each other. Incompetent managers make bad decisons and then change their decision.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Competetive comrodery helps foster mutual growth
They've worked to build a diverse team these past few years and it's beginning to show. Different life experiences breed different thought patterns. It's interesting to learn from one another when there is a surplus of ideas on how to tackle a particular issue/bug

Lots of opportunities, hands-on work, more impact, more responsibility, and more growth potential. I appreciate and value the fact that you can grow as much as you want to here. Basically, the more you invest yourself here, the more you will get out of it...
Fast-paced, challenging, always evolving, growing and changing. Something new and exciting every day and there is so much room for growth if you are willing to put in the extra hours. Definitely not for everyone and not for people who want an easy job..
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hire professional experienced skilled people.
Company needs fresh blood with real experience (this is important) and willingness to change processes. And of course an understanding of top management
What did you like most about the interview process?
Simple and fast decisions and communications
Clear questions, not long interviewing process
The internal recruiter was very open and thorough, which really helped me understand the work environment better and made my decision process that much easier. They were very diligent and attentive throughout the whole process too which I greatly appreciated too.

What makes you most happy at work?
Challenging tasks, Supportive environment, Friendly colleagues
The people and the work. I also love that I am not the most senior person, but I still have a meaningful, hands-on, direct, impact on the success of our company. It can be crazy and stressful, but with good people around you all the time it makes it all enjoyable at the same time.
The people I work with and the career growth I keep making. The possibilities and challenges are endless and I love it!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Poor communication with customers and poor follow up on promises made to them.
