I just enjoy helping people and getting things taken care of for them.

It is all virtual or over the phone. It is easier to speak with someone and answer questions that way
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't get one. As a regular part time employee I am not offered a benefit package. I believe that should be changed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a diverse group of people working here and there is an air of family here that just makes it enjoyable to be at work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They keep it real. They treat everyone with respect and don't beat around the bush with anything. They understand that life happens but don't hold it against you.
