What do you like best about the leadership team?
mutual respect is the most inspiring for me
They keep it real. They treat everyone with respect and don't beat around the bush with anything. They understand that life happens but don't hold it against you.
Transparency and the fact that they promote within.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
sorry I cant share this much
I don't get one. As a regular part time employee I am not offered a benefit package. I believe that should be changed.
I am paid for performance
I work part time so I don't get any compensation package
It is fair and relative to my contributions and performance.

flexibility is the best thing
Everyone is so nice and willing to help each other.
We have a great team mindset. "We are all in this together"

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think its one of the liberal office in US
There is a diverse group of people working here and there is an air of family here that just makes it enjoyable to be at work.
We have a specific engagement program called ACTIVEx

its actually natural procedure like others
It is all virtual or over the phone. It is easier to speak with someone and answer questions that way

I have lots of opportunity to go next label
The positive interaction at work with coworkers.
I just enjoy helping people and getting things taken care of for them.
