What is the best part about your compensation package?

The stock awards, but they come with a non compete. And they can just fire you to get out of paying.

The best I ever have

Acuity is very generous withe their compensation packages.

Compensation is great. The only problem is when they do a "restructure" they tend to let about 10% of the department go with no warning. I have seen several of these happen over the years and there's no rhyme or reason as to when or why they do it.
