What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is very flexible for all
A lot of new fresh minds
The leadership team is always asking for input from the hourly associates on process improvement. Make them feel like they have a voice.
Friendly down to earth group
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Weed out the old toxic guard. No more cronyism. No more nepotism. Walk the talk.
management makes this a top place to work. Very family oriented.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The stock awards, but they come with a non compete. And they can just fire you to get out of paying.
The best I ever have
Acuity is very generous withe their compensation packages.
Compensation is great. The only problem is when they do a "restructure" they tend to let about 10% of the department go with no warning. I have seen several of these happen over the years and there's no rhyme or reason as to when or why they do it.

My team is like a small family. We work well together and truly help each other out. I couldn't imagine working for anyone else.

Cronyism and nepotism, toxic old guard, results in bullying or being ignored if you're on the outside.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The pace of the interview was good.
I was able to meet the whole team that I was going to be working with.
Friendly, concise, thorough and do not mind paying for good employees.

Disorganized. Some interviews are combative.

Freedom to do my work
Delivery of promised solutions for our customers and associates. Our people are most important imo and I believe if we take care of them , they take care of the customers
