The leadership team is extremely knowledgeable and seeks feedback from direct reports, customers, and partners.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits package is better than ANY I've had in my 30 year professional career with 100% paid medical with an option to buy-up for additional coverage which I don't even need.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increase in salary to manage rising expenses
Well, because we are still growing its hard to be competitive against all of the other big cloud companies in Seattle.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart, passionate, experienced, friendly, professional.
Teamwork comes first and thats what any employee needs
Teamwork is key and effective. Strong communication across all teams - regardless of remote members!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Customer and partner-centric, innovative products and technology, sustainable, and inclusive. Honestly, what's not to love? This company rocks!
Acumatica is inclusive. We have a truly diverse staff representing all genders, religions, and political views. The HR department truly listens. I've seen first-hand how they've taken employee suggestions and implemented them to improve our culture and work environment.
Easy access to any assistance and information when required
People care about each other. This always comes first - i'm grateful for that!
