That I don't have to interact with them on a daily basis

Co workers really make the environment bearable, lots of positive reinforcement from peers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They hired me below expectations with promises to address in 3 months. I've been here well beyond that with great reviews and feedback, but comp hasn't been adjusted.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The initial interview was great, the next series were not bad, but a bit chaotic and unorganized. One on one's turned into panel interviews without notice, so you are not prepared. Lack of consistency from one person to another didn't sit well eithter.
