everyone is a very hard worker

Everyone is very friendly and hard working. Everyone wants to see each other and the company succeed, while enjoying ourselves at the same time.

Everyone gets along and they always help or pickup the slack if need be

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The people doing the work are real work are rarely invited to the table, and the people in the room don't communicate what happened in the meetings.
