Middle and upper management grind you in to the ground and burn you out

This might sound silly to some but this job is my dream come true. I told myself id always want more. At ACV they treat there people like family. I can't complain about one thing at this job. The saying is true if you love what you do you will never work a day in your life.

The best job ive ever had best management ive ever seen im an auction representative and this might sound silly but I cant say one negative thing about my job its a dream come true for me. Not only is it an amazing career there is also an amazing product they offer revolutionary in the car business

Many of the executive leaders lack the real world experience to be effective at empowering their staff. Focus seems to heavy on growing vs growing strategically. Follow up is lacking as is courtesy from leadership.

They hired me below expectations with promises to address in 3 months. I've been here well beyond that with great reviews and feedback, but comp hasn't been adjusted.

The people doing the work are real work are rarely invited to the table, and the people in the room don't communicate what happened in the meetings.

The culture has a start-up feel, which is very collaborative and fun. Everyone works hard but knows that happy people who are having fun produce great work.

I really loved that both Sales managers took the time to get to know me to see if was a good fit for the team. They answered all my questions and followed up promptly. My recruiter was organized and got back to me within hours.

The initial interview was great, the next series were not bad, but a bit chaotic and unorganized. One on one's turned into panel interviews without notice, so you are not prepared. Lack of consistency from one person to another didn't sit well eithter.

The people interviewing seemed committed.
