They hired me below expectations with promises to address in 3 months. I've been here well beyond that with great reviews and feedback, but comp hasn't been adjusted.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The people doing the work are real work are rarely invited to the table, and the people in the room don't communicate what happened in the meetings.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Follow best practices proven in areas that have success, work together for the better of all, and lift each other up using positivity and encouragement.
Better cross-departmental communication, much better leadership, get rid of 1/2 the C-levels.
