For those that are eligible for stock ops, they could hold some value. It's yet to be seen.
Receiving equity options upon hire is a great compensation benefit!
What are some of the best things about your team?
everyone is a very hard worker
Everyone gets along and they always help or pickup the slack if need be

Everyone is very friendly and hard working. Everyone wants to see each other and the company succeed, while enjoying ourselves at the same time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working on building a mentorship program with people from other departments
Co workers really make the environment bearable, lots of positive reinforcement from peers
The culture has a start-up feel, which is very collaborative and fun. Everyone works hard but knows that happy people who are having fun produce great work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Two people sat across the table from one another and spoke the truth as they saw it.
I really loved that both Sales managers took the time to get to know me to see if was a good fit for the team. They answered all my questions and followed up promptly. My recruiter was organized and got back to me within hours.
The initial interview was great, the next series were not bad, but a bit chaotic and unorganized. One on one's turned into panel interviews without notice, so you are not prepared. Lack of consistency from one person to another didn't sit well eithter.
The people interviewing seemed committed.
The responsiveness of the recruiter and hiring manager.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with people at dealerships is something I rather enjoy.
My work actually makes me the most happy. Its fun and engaging and my coworkers are like family.
