Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Unless you are appealing (physically) to upper management or are willing to engage in inappropriate behavior, you will not find yourself compensated appropriately. This company has a history of bullying and rating staff based upon things other than actual ability.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along, there are a couple people in upper management that are just looking out for themselves
Managment led. Nothing takes longer than it should

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
If they actually understood the concept of harassment as outlined in the Employee Handbook and practiced appropriate interaction with coworkers, this would be a first step.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Honesty is the best culture

Loud, petty, filled with unnecessary personal interactions.
