Mr. Adam S. Grossman is the Founder of ADMA Biologics, Inc. and has been its Chief Executive Officer and President since October 2011. Mr. Grossman serves as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of R&R Acquisition VI Inc. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of ADMA Biologics, Inc. from 2007 to October 2011. Mr. Grossman has over 15 years experience in the blood and plasma industry. He has experience in launching new products, building and managing national and international sales forces, managing clinical trials and completing numerous business development transactions. Prior to founding ADMA, Mr. Grossman served as the Executive Vice President of National Hospital Specialties and GenesisBPS from 1996 to 2011Previously, he worked at MedImmune, Inc., where he worked on marketing teams for RSV and CMV immunoglobulins and at the American Red Cross, where he launched new products with the Biomedical Services division. He has been a Director at ADMA Biologics, Inc. since 2007. Mr. Grossman holds a B.S. in Business Administration, with a specialization in International Business and Marketing, from American University.
