- What did you like most about the interview process?It was more human, less about psychological testing and HR driven process. Had a chance to talk with key people I would be working with. Transparent, straightforward.
- What did you like most about the interview process?Frank, open dialogue. No tricks, not obfuscation or opaque walls by HR. I spoke with my manager, his manager, and potential colleagues. Everyone's questions were answered, on both sides. Admiral believes in performance, I had a track record to share, and the team were proven leaders.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?Admiral has gone over and above what comparable size companies have in some scenarios. They take bonus strategy seriously and provide good 401k, stock, and health benefits. PTO is open-ended, and remote work is supported broadly. All good.
