I always feel like my hard work is rewarded, although there is an annual employee review period I know my manager will not wait a full year if I've earned a promotion.

I'm paid under industry standard for essentially a 247 job. Raises and growth aren't possible in yield.

We are a collaborative group, and there is no such thing as a bad idea. I know that I can rely on my teammates to roll-up their sleeves when we need to meet a tight deadline, and when we work together we can rise to any challenge and accomplish anything!

We are treated like cattle. All our directors care about is performance, delivery, and margin with no room for out of the box thinking, ideas, or process improvement.
24/7 nature of my role is stressful, the work itself is not terribly fulfilling
