Working at AdTheorent has been the most positive experience of my career. I am challenged in the right ways which has allowed me to learn, grow and meet incredibly smart and talented people along the way.

There is a very special culture at AdTheroent that can not be replicated. The company attracts smart, kind, hard-working individuals who all love being part of the team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I always feel like my hard work is rewarded, although there is an annual employee review period I know my manager will not wait a full year if I've earned a promotion.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a collaborative group, and there is no such thing as a bad idea. I know that I can rely on my teammates to roll-up their sleeves when we need to meet a tight deadline, and when we work together we can rise to any challenge and accomplish anything!
