What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
General work/life balance: the staff here generally puts their heads down to work when it's required, but also spend time hanging out and getting to know each other. Monthly Happy Hours, Bagel Fridays, Wednesday Treats, etc. all draw a crowd.
