The best part about my compensation package is the quarterly bonus our team earns based on overall goal achievement.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very transparent. Every decision that is made is shared with the entire company and the management team is open to questions and will always explain why a choice was made.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The events that take place; weekly treats, monthly happy hours, summer/winter olympics, and summer/holiday parties. These events allow you to talk to members of other departments that you normally don't interact with and is always a fun time
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is that everyone is willing to help one another. We always strive to keep tabs of everyone's workload and help out when there is too much on one person's plate. This way, no one ever has to stay late, is too stressed out and can put their full effort into what their work
