I'm paid under industry standard for essentially a 247 job. Raises and growth aren't possible in yield.

My team is so smart and so undervalued. Inquisitive, collaborative, and always prioritizes the goals of the client.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are treated like cattle. All our directors care about is performance, delivery, and margin with no room for out of the box thinking, ideas, or process improvement.
