Everyone seems to be working towards the same goals. Everyone is super collaborative and supportive of one another and it seems like there is a lot of room for growth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Due to the work and other departments I have been assisting in additional to my daily duties, I feel I do the job of many people and should be compensated/recognized for that.
