Listen to employees and customers only worried about themselves and reflection of the stock price.
Leadership needs to learn to listen to the people at the "bottom" who are on the front lines, who make the business successful. Management should develop better upward mobility and reward workers appropriately, rather than paying below poverty wage for complex and skilled jobs.
Open communication with employees. Visit plants and talk more with those who do the work.
